  • All day Thursday, May 2, mention the ACLU of Idaho at Eureka! and 15% of your bill will be donated to the ACLU of Idaho as part of Idaho Gives.
  • 5 PM - 7 PM ACLU of Idaho staff will on hand for prizes and giveaways and to answert questions about what we're working on and how to get involved.

Why Support the ACLU Of Idaho for Idaho Gives?

The ACLU of Idaho is concerned--first and foremost--with preserving, defending and advancing the civil rights and civil liberties of all Idahoans, as laid out in the U.S. and Idaho Constitutions and Bill of Rights. When you donate to the ACLU of Idaho, it means you are supporting our work to provide LGBTQ protections through our Add the Words efforts. It means you are building our statewide outreach capacity to provide Know Your Rights trainings and presentations in even the most rural parts of our state. It means helping to reform our broken criminal justice system, protecting our First Amendment and due process rights and safeguarding a womens rights to contol their bodies.

We share a vision for a better community across Idaho: A state community where we can marry who we love; where we can worship, speak, and dissent openly  A place where our prisons are not warehouses for people of color and those with mental disabilities. It is time for us to take a stand against injustice. That is why we hope you will consider donating to the ACLU of Idaho for Idaho Gives
